ساختار و خواص اپتیکی فیلم های نازک نانوذرات مگهمایت Fe2O3- γ تهیه شده به روش همرسوبی شیمیایی
در این تحقیق ابتدا با استفاده از روش هم رسوبی شیمیایی، نانوذرات مغناطیسی مگهمایت سنتز و سپس با بهره گیری از روش اسپری پایرولیز، نمونه های لایه نشانی شده روی شیشه سفید در دماهای400، 450،500،550 و 600 درجه سلسیوس بازپخت شدند. خواص اپتیکی، ساختاری و مورفولوژی سطح آنها به ترتیب توسط طیف سنجی ماورای بنفش – مرئی (UV-vis) ، طیف مادون قرمز (IR)، آنالیزهای پراش اشعه ایکس (XRD) و میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (SEM) مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. نتایج بیانگر این هستند که با افزایش دمای بازپخت، اندازهی نانوذرات رشد یافته، گاف انرژی و درصد جذب در لایههای نازک بازپخت شده کاهش مییابد. همچنین ساختار بلوری مواد، از حالت کلوخهای به شکل کروی نزدیکتر شده است.

ارزیابی مشخصه های ریزساختاری پوشش کامپوزیتیWC/12%Co- Stellite 6 تولید شده به روش HVOF
در این تحقیق پوششهای کامپوزیتی استلایت6 - کاربید تنگستن به روش HVOF بر زیرلایه فولاد ساده کربنی اعمال شد. برای این منظور پودر کامپوزیتی کاربید تنگستن با درصدهای 0، 10، 20 و 30 درصد وزنی به پودر استلایت6 اضافه گردید. برای ارزیابی پوششها از میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی، پراش اشعه ایکس، میکرو سختیسنج و زبریسنج استفاده شد. یافتههای آزمایشی نشان داد که ریزساختار پوششهای کامپوزیتی شامل دندریتهای محلولجامد کبالت و کروم و فازهای بین دندریتی شامل فاز غنی از کبالت و کاربید و ذرات کاربید تنگستن بوده است. بر اساس الگوی پراش پرتو ایکس، پوششها شامل فازهای غنی از کبالت، Co3W3C، CoCx بوده و همچنین حاوی فازهای کاربیدی Cr23C6 و Cr7C3 بوده است. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش درصد فاز تقویت کننده کاربید تنگستن، سختی پوششها افزایش، چسبندگی پوششها افزایش و تخلخل پوششها کاهش مییابد.

تأثیر متغیرهای آبکاری پالسی بر ریزساختار و خواص پوشش نانوکامپوزیتی Cu-TiO2
در تحقیق حاضر، پوشش کامپوزیتی Cu-TiO2 به روش آبکاری پالسی با استفاده از محلول سولفات مس حاوی نانوذرات TiO2 با اندازه میانگین nm 20 به مدت 60 دقیقه در دمای اتاق روی زیرلایه فولادی ایجاد شد و تاثیر پارامترهای فرکانس و چگالی جریان متوسط بر ریزساختار و مقدار ذرات TiO2 موجود در پوشش با استفاده از میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (SEM) و آنالیز EDS مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. اندازه دانههای کریستالی به کمک آنالیز پراش اشعه ایکس(XRD) و رابطه شرر محاسبه شد. میکروسختی پوششها با استفاده از دستگاه میکروسختیسنج ویکرز اندازهگیری شد. مقاومت به خوردگی پوششها نیز به روش پلاریزاسیون پتانسیواستاتیک تعیین شد. شرایط بهینه از نقطه نظر مقدار ذرات هم رسوب شده در پوشش و میکروسختی تعیین شد. نتایج نشان داد که پوشش کامپوزیتی Cu-TiO2 تولید شده در فرکانس Hz 20 و چگالی جریان متوسط A/dm22 به عنوان پوشش تولید شده در شرایط بهینه، دارای wt.%9/1 نانوذرات TiO2، اندازه دانه کریستالی nm27، میکروسختیHV180 و نرخ خوردگی mpy 56/ 0بود.

در این تحقیق کامپوزیتسازی سطحی هیبریدی با ذرات تقویتکننده TiC و MoS2 روی زیر لایه آلومینیوم 7075 آنیلشده با استفاده از فرآیند اصطکاکی اغتشاشی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. ذرات TiC و MoS2در شیاری بر روی سطح فلز پایه قرار گرفت و سپس عملیات اصطکاکی اغتشاشی طی سه پاس روی آن انجام شد. برای بررسی رفتار سایشی کامپوزیتهای تولید شده از آزمون سایش رفت و برگشتی استفاده شد. به منظور تعیین مکانیزمهای غالب سایش، مسیر سایش و ذرات آن با استفاده از میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی مورد مشاهده قرار گرفت. نتایج ریزساختار توزیع خوب و یکنواخت ذرات تقویتکننده پس از انجام سه پاس فرآیند اصطکاکی اغتشاشی را نشان میدهد. دلیل این امر میزان حرارت ورودی و سیلان ماده در حین فرآیند است. همچنین با توجه به اثرات فرآیند اصطکاکی اغتشاشی بر سختی و رفتار تریبولوژیکی آلیاژ آلومینیوم 7075 و کامپوزیتهای تولیدی میتوان گفت که به دلیل حضور ذرات تقویتکننده MoS2 به عنوان روانکار جامد در کامپوزیت سطحی Al7075/TiC/MoS2 مقاومت سایشی به طور قابل ملاحظهای نسبت به Al7075/TiC بهبود یافت. مکانیزم سایش غالب در کامپوزیت سطحی Al7075/TiC به صورت سایش خراشان بود که با افزودن ذرات تقویتکننده MoS2 و تشکیل کامپوزیت سطحی هیبریدی Al7075/TiC/MoS2 مقاومت سایشی به طور قابل ملاحظهای بهبود یافت. بیشترین سختی مربوط به نمونه Al7075-TiC بود که علت این پدیده حضور ذرات روانکار MoS2 با سختی کمتر در کامپوزیت هیبریدی Al7075/TiC/MoS2 است.

بررسی تأثیر پوششهای نانوکامپوزیتی Al2O3-TiO2 بر رفتار خوردگی فولادهای کم کربن
در این پژوهش نانوذرات آلومینا- تیتانیا به صورت لایه نازک در محیطهای الکلی مختلف از جمله الکترولیتهای اتانولی، بوتانولی و ایزوپروپانولی بر روی زیرلایههای فولادی St12 با استفاده از فرآیند الکتروفورتیک پوشش داده شده و عملیات پوششدهی در ولتاژهای مختلفی انجام شده، همچنین از روش کرونوآمپرومتری برای بررسی مکانیزم جوانهزنی و کیفیت سطحی پوششها استفاده گردیده است. در آزمون اندازهگیری وزن پوشش نشان داده شد که وزن پوشش ایجاد شده با افزایش ولتاژ پوششدهی افزایش مییابد. همچنین در نتایج اندازهگیری وزن پوششها و مشاهده کیفی آنها نشان داده شد که تغییرات وزن پوشش با ولتاژ (شدت میدان الکتریکی) و زمان از رابطه هاماکر پیروی میکنند. با استفاده از میکروسکوپ الکترونی گسیل میدانی (FESEM) مورفولوژی پوششهای سنتز شده بررسی و مقدار میانگین ضخامت آنها از طریق نرمافزار متالوگرافی MIP تعیین شد. رفتار خوردگی نمونه فولادی بدون پوشش و نمونههای فولادی پوششدار با آزمونهای پلاریزاسیون پتانسیودینامیکی و طیفسنجی امپدانس الکتروشیمیایی ارزیابی گردیده است.

بررسی خواص الکترونی و ساختاری ترکیبهای کلکوپریت، در حالت انبوهه و نانولایه
در این مقاله ویژگیهای ساختاری و الکترونی ترکیبهای سه تایی AgGaS2 و AgGaSe2 در حالت انبوهه و نانولایههای آن در جهت [112] با استفاده از نظریۀ تابعی چگالی و امواج تخت بهبود یافتۀ خطی با پتانسیل کامل، تحت برنامۀ Wien2k، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتهاند. محاسبات بادرنظر گرفتن ابرسلولهای اورتورومبیک و شرایط مرزی دورهای، میزان خلأ مناسب و کاهش نیروهای کل وارد بر اتمها انجام شدهاند. برای بررسی ویژگیهای ساختاری و الکترونی در هردو حالت انبوهه و نانولایه از تقریبهای مختلف استفاده شدهاست. بهمنظور بررسی خواص الکترونی، چگالی حالتهای کل و چگالی ابر الکترونی برای حالت انبوهه و نانولایهها رسم شده اند. هر دو ساختار در حالت انبوهه و نانولایهها دارای گاف در نقطۀ Γ هستند که با تجربه در توافق است. برای بررسی پایداری این ساختارها انرژی همدوسی محاسبه شده است. همچنین نقش پیوندهای آویزان و ضخامت نانولایهها در پایداری و میزان گاف انرژی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.

پوشش آلیاژی کبالت-فسفر به روش آبکاری الکتریکی با استفاده از جریان مستقیم بر روی فولاد St37 اعمال شد. با تغییر میزان فسفر در ترکیب پوشش آلیاژی ساختار فیلم ترسیب شده تغییر کرد و بصورت آمورف، نانوکریستالی و یا ترکیبی از این دو ترسیب شد. علاوه بر میزان فسفر، عملیات حرارتی پوشش نیز باعث تغییر ساختار شد. تاثیر ساختار فازی در مقادیر مختلف فسفر قبل و بعد از عملیات حرارتی بر روی سختی و رفتار سایشی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. از میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی با حد تفکیک بالا (HR-SEM) مجهز به دستگاه طیف سنج توزیع انرژی ایکس (EDS) به منظور بررسی مورفولوژی و ترکیب شیمیایی و همچنین از دستگاه پراشسنج پرتوی ایکس (XRD) جهت تعیین ساختار فازی پوششها استفاده شد. میکروسختی پوششها بهوسیله دستگاه میکروسختیسنج ویکرز اندازهگیری شد و بررسی رفتار سایشی پوششهای Co-P با استفاده از دستگاه سایش پین روی دیسک انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش میزان فسفر، میکروسختی پوشش در اثر سختسازی محلول جامد افزایش یافت و این مساله برای پوششها بعد از عملیات حرارتی نیز به دلیل تشکیل فازهای میانی قابل تعمیم بود. در ابتدا قبل از عملیات حرارتی با افزایش میزان فسفر تا مقدار 6/5 درصد وزنی رفتار سایشی پوششها بهبود یافت اما با افزایش بیشتر میزان فسفر مقاومت به سایش کاهش یافت ولی پس از عملیات حرارتی رابطهی مستقیم بین مقاومت به سایش، با میزان فسفر پوشش مشاهده شد. همچنین بیشترین سختی و بهترین مقاومت به سایش مربوط به نمونه آمورف پس از عملیات حرارتی بود.

ارتقای سختی آلیاژ هوایی تیتانیوم Ti-6Al-4V با پوشش کامپوزیتی ایجاد شده به روش جوشکاری TIG
آلیاژ تیتانیومTi-6Al-4V بهدلیل دارا بودن خواصی نظیر نسبت استحکام به وزن زیاد و مقاومت به خوردگی دارای کاربردهای مهمی در صنایع هوافضا است. در مقابل، این آلیاژ مقاومت به سایش ضعیفی بهویژه تحت بارهای زیاد نشان میدهد. در این مقاله، با هدف بهبود سختی و در نتیجه افزایش مقاومت سایشی آلیاژTi-6Al-4V ، ذرات سرامیکی و بسیار سخت B4C به حوضچه مذاب در فرآیند جوشکاری TIG، افزوده شد. بررسیهای میکروساختاری با روشهای پراش اشعه ایکس و میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی نشان داد که ذرات کاربید بور تقریباً بهطور کامل در زمینه تیتانیومی حل شده و با ورود بور و کربن به مذاب تیتانیوم و واکنش با آن، فازهای بر مبنای TiB و TiC تشکیل شدند. مورفولوژیهای فاز بر مبنای TiB به دو صورت تیغهای و یوتکتیکشکل و فاز بر مبنای TiC کرویمانند بود. نتایج نشان داد که مقدار سختی سطحی ایجاد شده، به مقدار 1020 ویکرز رسید که حدود 3 برابر بیشتر از آلیاژ پایه بود.

پیشبینی میزان رسوب لایه حاوی نانو پودر آلومینا تهیه شده به روش رسوب نشانی الکتروفورتیک با استفاده از جریان الکتریکی عبوری از مدار
فرآیند رسوب نشانی الکتروفورتیک (EPD) به عنوان یک فرآیند سریع در شکلدهی سرامیکها توجهات زیادی را در سالهای اخیر به خود جلب کرده است و روابط سینتیکی زیادی از سال 1940 تلاش کردهاند تا بازده این فرآیند را پیشبینی کنند. دو محور اصلی در توسعه این روابط مورد توجه قرار گرفته است؛ 1- استفاده از جریان الکتریکی ثابت، 2- استفاده از پتانسیل الکتریکی ثابت؛ که هر کدام از این دو محور منجر به مجموعهای از فرضیات در توسعه هر رابطه شده است. در تمام این تلاشها صحهگذاری روابط بدست آمده بر اساس یک سری آزمونهای رسوب نشانی با فواصل زمانی معین انجام شده است (به صورت غیر بر خط یا Off line). با توسعه سیستمهای جدید میتوان این آزمونها را به صورت بر خط (On line) انجام داد که این روش منجر به حذف برخی خطاها در سیستم خواهد شد. با حذف این خطاها مشخص شد که برخی فرضیات در نظر گرفته شده در توسعه روابط سبب میشود تغییرات در زمانهای طولانی نادیده گرفته شود. در این بین روابطی که بر اساس دخالت دادن جریان الکتریکی مدار توسعه پیدا کردهاند از خطای کمتری برخوردار خواهند بود. دلیل این موضوع نیز حساسیت فرآیند رسوبنشانی الکتروفورتیک به تغییرات میدان الکتریکی در داخل سوسپانسیون است که محرک اصلی فآایند رسوب نشانی است. در نهایت مشخص شد با در نظر گرفتن جریان الکتریکی لحظهای مدار و وارد کردن آن در رابطه بیان شده توسط فراری و همکاران میتوان رابطه سینتیکی جدیدی را مطرح کرد که در هر دو شرایط پتانسیل الکتریکی ثابت و جریان الکتریکی ثابت صادق باشد.
