سنتز و بررسی پایداری حرارتی پوشش های سد حرارتی نانوساختار زیرکونیای پایدار شده با اسکاندیا و سریا(ScCeSZ)
زیرکونیای پایدار شده با ایتریا(YSZ) یکی از پرکاربردترین پوششهای سد حرارتی است. با این حال در دماهای بالاتر از °C1200 فاز پایدار شده تتراگونال به مونوکلینیک تبدیل میشود و احتمال ترک در پوشش را افزایش میدهد. در این تحقیق پوشش نانوساختار زیرکونیای پایدار شده با اسکاندیا و سریا (ScCeSZ) با روش سل ژل پلیمری سنتز شده و اثر مقادیر مختلف پایدارکننده های اسکاندیا و سریا بر پایداری حرارتی آن در C°1400 بوسیله XRD با سرعت اسکن پایین بررسی شده است. با توجه به مقدار فاز منوکلنیک تشکیل شده، مقدار تتراگونالیته و حضور فاز تتراگونال استحاله ناپذیر و فاز مکعبی و همچنین با مقایسه بهترین عملکرد حرارتی، ترکیب بهینه این پوشش با حدود 78/4 درصد مولی اسکاندیا، انتخاب شد. سپس پوشش های سد حرارتی نانو ساختار با ترکیب 4.78ScCeSZ به روش پاشش پلاسمای اتمسفری(APS) بر روی نمونه هایی از جنس سوپرآلیاژ پایه نیکل(IN738LC) اعمال شدند و پایداری حرارتی آنها پس از شوک حرارتی در دمای °C1000 مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. بررسیها نشان داد پس از 122 سیکل حرارتی فاز مونوکلینک در ساختار تشکیل نشده، که نشاندهنده پایداری پوشش است. به نظر میرسد پوشش اخیر گزینه ای مناسبی برای پوششهای سد حرارتی توربین گازی و جایگزینی مناسب برای YSZ معمولی باشد.

مطالعه تجربی و تئوری اثر نیتراتهکردن بر رفتار تماس لغزشی در دوره گذار سایش
افزایش مقاومت سایشی اجزای مکانیکی همواره برای سازندگان قطعات مکانیکی مهم بوده است. یک روش رایج برای عملیات سطحی، نیتراتهکردن است. در این پژوهش، ضریب اصطکاک و حجم سایش دیسکهای نیتراته شده و معمولی به دو صورت عددی و تجربی مطالعه شدهاست. آزمایشها با استفاده از دستگاه تست سایش پین بر روی دیسک بر روی نمونههای فولاد AISI 4140 انجام شده است. مدل عددی بر پایه مفهوم تقسیم بار بمنظور پیشبینی ضریب اصطکاک، دمای سطح، ضخامت فیلم روانکار و نرخ سایش گسترش یافته است. نتایج برای دیسکهای نیتراته شده نشان میدهد که با افزایش سرعت، ضخامت فیلم روانکار افزایش یافته و در نتیجه حجم سایش کاهش مییابد. از طرف دیگر با افزایش بار اعمالی، ضخامت فیلم روانکار کاهش یافته و در نتیجه حجم سایش افزایش مییابد. در مورد دیسکهای نیتراته شده، حجم سایش فقط تابعی از بار اعمالی است و بسرعت وابسته نیست. نمودارهای حجم سایش بر حسب مسافت لغزش نشان میدهد که دوره گذار تقریبا قبل از 1500 متر به پایان میرسد و بعد از آن نرخ سایش پایا میشود. مقایسه نتایج تجربی و تئوری ضریب اصطکاک و حجم سایش نشان میدهد که مدل تئوری ارایه شده توانایی قابل قبولی برای پیشبینی ضریب اصطکاک و نرخ سایش در مواد عادی دارد.

بررسی تحلیلی و المان محدود تأثیر تریپ بر تنش و کرنش حرارتی و رشد ترک در پوششهای سد حرارتی
تمایل به افزایش دمای محصولات احتراق توربین در نیروگاهها به جهت بهبود بازده و کاهش هزینه سوخت، سبب استفاده از پوششهای سد حرارتی بعنوان محافظ قطعات داغ موتورهای توربینی گردیده است. سیستم پوشش شامل پوشش فوقانی سرامیکی، لایه میانی اکسیدی که به صورت حرارتی رشد یافته و یک پوشش پیوندی فلزی است. در این مقاله آسیب ناشی از شوک حرارتی در پوشش هنگام توقف ناگهانی توربین (تریپ) با روشهای عددی و اجزای محدود در شرایط تنش صفحهای، بررسی شده است. هندسه به کار برده شده به صورت یک دیسک نازک و در شرایط تقارن محوری است. نتایج نشان میدهد که افت پر شتاب دما موجب افزایش ناگهانی در اندازه کرنش و تنش حرارتی در لایه فوقانی سرامیکی پوشش میگردد که منجر به ایجاد رفتاری مشابه در ضریب شدت تنش ترک سطحی پوشش شده و آن را به مقدار بحرانی نزدیک میکند. این شرایط در مقایسه با ابتدای چرخه و در بازه دما ثابت، تاثیر شایانی در افزایش نرخ رشد و طول ترک ایجاد می کند. علاوه بر این، بررسیهای تحلیلی و اجزای محدود صورت گرفته به خوبی یکدیگر را تأیید کرده و نتایج حاصل از بررسی رفتار ترک نیز با مطالعات دیگر پژوهشگران سازگار است.

بررسی رفتار خوردگی پوشش سیلانی حاوی دو ترکیب آمینوپروپیل تری اتوکسی سیلان و تترااتیل اورتوسیلیکات بر روی فولاد IFبه روش سل ژل
در این پژوهش پوششهای سیلانی حاوی دو ترکیب آمینوپروپیل تری اتوکسی سیلان (APTS) و تترااتیل اورتوسیلیکات (TEOS) به روش سلژل بر روی فولاد IF ایجاد شدند. محلول پوششدهی با مخلوط کردن ترکیبهای سیلانی در مخلوط الکل و آب مقطر آماده و پوشش به روش غوطهوری بر زیرلایه اعمال شد. آزمون طیفسنج مادون قرمز تبدیل فوریه نشان داد که پوشش بخوبی با زیرلایه پیوند برقرار کرده و پوشش تشکیل شده است. نتایج آزمون پلاریزاسیون پتانسیودینامیک نشان داد که پتانسیل خوردگی با اعمال پوشش سیلانی تقریبا افزایش داشته و چگالی جریان خوردگی کاهش شدیدی یافت. همچنین نتایج آزمون امپدانس الکتروشیمیایی مشخص نمود که پوشش سیلانی مقاومت خوردگی خوبی از خود نشان داد. درواقع، پوشش ایجاد شده همانند یک سد فیزیکی عمل کرده و از نفوذ یونهای مهاجم و ملکولهای اکسیژن به سطح زیرلایه جلوگیری مینماید. علاوه بر این تصاویرمیکروسکوپ نوری مقاومت پوشش سیلانی را بعد از آزمون خوردگی نشان داده و بهبود مقاومت خوردگی را نسبت به زیرلایه مشخص میسازد.

ایجاد سطوح ابرآبگریز نانو ساختار بر روی آلیاژ آلومینیوم به روش ساده اچ شیمیایی
در پژوهش حاضر، یک روش مبتکرانه، ساده و کم هزینه برای ایجاد سطح میکرو- نانوساختار ابرآبگریز بر روی آلیاژ آلومینیوم بدون مصرف برق پیشنهاد شد. زاویه تماس قطره آب بر روی سطح ابرآبگریز ایجاد شده °1/167 اندازه گیری شد. میکرو- نانوزبریهای ایجاد شده در سطح به کمک میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی مشاهده گردید. آنالیز شیمیایی سطح توسط آنالیز EDS صورت گرفت و حضور ترکیبات با زنجیرههای کربنی مشخص گردید. تأثیر زمان اچ بر روی زاویه تماس نیز بررسی و بهترین زمان 4 دقیقه اندازه گیری شد. محاسبه گردید که 97 درصد سطح ابرآبگریز ایجاد شده که با قطره آب در تماس است، از هوا تشکیل شده است. تست خوردگی پلاریزاسیون پتانسیودینامیک نشان داد که پس از ساخت سطح ابرآبگریز بر روی آلیاژ آلومینیوم، جریان خوردگی از µA/cm2 4/1 بهµA/cm2 7/0 کاهش مییابد که بیانگر افزایش دو برابری عملکرد آن است. خاصیت خودتمیزشوندگی سطح ابرآبگریز به دست آمده بررسی شد. همچنین مشاهده گردید که سطح ایجاد شده توانایی دفع اکثر مایعات را داراست.

افزایش سختی سطحی فولاد مارتنزیتی410 با استفاده از لیزر دیودی توان بالا
سختکاری سطحی لیزری، یکی از تکنولوژیهای امید بخش است که برای بهبود سطح فلزات بمنظور اصلاح خواص تریبولوژیکی سطح بدون تاثیر بر روی خواص حجمی ماده مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد. در این مقاله بطور تجربی به بررسی قابلیت سختکاری سطحی لیزری فولاد ضد زنگ مارتنزیتی 410 با استفاده از لیزر دیودی توان بالای پیوسته با حداکثر توان 1600 وات پرداخته میشود. توان لیزری، سرعت روبش و فاصله از کانون پارامترهای متغیر در این تحقیق مورد بررسی است. تاثیر پارامترهای فرآیند روی عمق و پهنای لایه سخت شده و میکروسختی در منطقه مورد تاثیر لیزر مورد تحقیق قرار گرفته است. میکرو ساختار ناحیه تحت تاثیر لیزر، مورد مطالعه و مقایسه قرار گرفته است. نتایج نشان میدهد که با افزایش توان لیزر و کاهش سرعت روبش، میزان سختی و عمق بیشتر سختی حاصل میگردد. همچنین دستاوردها حاکی از آن است که با کاهش موقعیت فاصله کانونی، عمق سختی بیشتر و پهنای سختی کمتر بدست میآید. مشاهدات نشان میدهد که در لایه سخت شده میزان سختی 620 ویکرز با 1.8 میلیمتر عمق سختی بدست آمده است. سختکاری سطحی فولاد 410 با لیزر دیودی حدودا 1.43 برابر سختی عملیات حرارتی کورهای است.

اثر عنصر مولیبدن بر ریزساختار و مقاومت به سایش آلیاژ روکش سخت Fe-Cr-C-Mo بر روی فولاد ساده کربنی
در این تحقیق مخلوطی از پودرهای فرومولیبدن (مقدار متغیر)، فروکروم و گرافیت (به مقدار ثابت) از طریق جوشکاری قوس تنگستن گاز GTAW بر روی زمینه فولاد ساده کربنی st37-2 روکشکاری شده است. بررسی خواص لایه ایجاد شده بر روی زیرلایه مربوطه با استفاده از میکروسکوپهای نوری و الکترونی روبشی (SEM)، میکروآنالیزور عنصری (EDS) و ریزسختیسنجی صورت گرفت. آنالیز پرتو ایکس (XRD) مشخص نمود که ریزساختار نمونههای مورد آزمایش متشکل از کاربیدهای کروم (Cr7C3) و (CrC) و کاربیدهای مولیبدن (MoC) هستند. علاوه بر این مشخص گردید که فاز آستنیت و فریت در هر دو نمونه تشکیل شده است. با افزایش مولیبدن به سیم جوش پایه Fe-Cr-C کاربید کروم (CrC) کمتری بر روی پوشش ایجاد شده است. نتایج آزمون سایش، بالاترین مقاومت به سایش را مربوط به نمونه شماره 2 حاوی Mo بیشتر با (69 راکول سی) نشان داده است. مطالعه نمونهها با استفاده از میکروسکوپ الکترونی در ارتباط با سطوح ساییده شده و بررسی آنها مشخص نمود که ساز و کار سایش برای نمونه حاوی مولیبدن، همراه با سایش خراشان، چسبان و شخم زدن است.

ایجاد سطح فوقآبگریز بر روی آلیاژ منیزیم AZ31 به کمک غوطهوری شیمیایی و بررسی مقاومت به خوردگی آن
با توجه به کاربردهای وسیع آلیاژهای منیزیم در صنایع گوناگون، خواص ضعیف سطحی آنها مانند مقاومت به اکسیداسیون و خوردگی همواره بعنوان یک چالش مهم در تجاری سازی این آلیاژها مطرح بوده است. ایجاد سطوح فوقآبگریز روشی کارآمد و موثر جهت بهبود مقاومت به خوردگی ضعیف آلیاژهای منیزیم بوده که در سالهای اخیر بیش از پیش مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. در این تحقیق، ایجاد ساختار فوقآبگریز (SHPs) به روی آلیاژ AZ31 منیزیم به کمک غوطهوری درون محلول CuCl2 و NiSO4 و سپس غوطهوری در محلول استئاریک اسید (SA) مورد بررسی قرار گرفتهاست. زاویه تماس آب با سطح به دست آمده ° 5/151 اندازهگیری شدهاست. طیفسنجی تبدیل فوریه مادون قرمز (FTIR) حضور پیوندهای مربوط به استئاریکاسید را روی سطح ارایه داد. همچنین تصاویر میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی گسیل میدانی(FESEM) وجود یک ساختار پولک مانند را که موجب جلوگیری از نفود الکترولیت به زیرلایه منیزیم شده بود را نشان داد. نتایج آزمون طیفسنجی امپدانس الکتروشیمیایی (EIS) و پلاریزاسیون پتانسیودینامیک مشخص نمود مقاومت به خوردگی سطح آبگریز حدود 1000 برابر از آلیاژ منیزیم بیشتر است که به دلیل مورفولوژی زبر و مولکولهای جذب شده بود.

نقش تیتانیم در بهبود رفتار خوردگی روکش اینکونل 625 اعمال شده به روش جوشکاری TIG بر فولاد ساده کربنی
هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر افزودن تیتانیم به روکش IN625 تولید شده با استفاده از فرآیند جوشکاری الکترود قوسی تنگستن-گاز بررفتار خوردگی روکش است. بدین منظور در ابتدا لایهای از IN625 بر روی زیرلایه فولاد ساده کربنی جوشکاری سطحی شد و سپس تیتانیم خالص به روش جوشکاری الکترود قوسی تنگستن – گاز بر روی روکش قبلی اعمال شد. بر اساس مقدار ذوب فیلر تیتانیم، روکش آلیاژی حاوی 29 و39 درصد وزنی تیتانیم بدست آمد. بررسی های ریزساختار روکش های حاصل با استفاده از میکروسکوپ نوری انجام شد. به منظور مطالعه رفتار خوردگی از آزمون پلاریزاسیون تافل استفاده شد. نتایج آزمون پلاریزاسیون سیکلی نشان داد که روکش آلیاژی NiTi مقاومت به حفره دار شدن بهتری در مقایسه به روکش اینکونل از خود نشان می دهد. در میان روکش های مورد بررسی، روکش آلیاژی حاوی 39 درصد تیتانیم، با افزایش حدود 5/1 ولت در پتانسیل برگشت نسبت به روکش اینکونل بالاترین مقاومت به حفره دار شدن را نشان داد.
