ساخت تراشه نقره سیلانکاری ‌شده توسط آمینوپروپیل‌تری‌اتوکسی‌سیلان جهت استفاده در حسگرهای تشدید‌پلاسمون‌سطحی

چکیده

بهینه‌سازی مدت حرارت‌دهی تراشه نقره سیلانکاری‌شده توسط آمینوپروپیل‌تری‌اتوکسی‌سیلان در محیط آبی مورد استفاده در حسگرهای تشدید پلاسمون سطح هدف از انجام این تحقیق بوده‌است. در این تحقیق تراشه نقره با ضخامت nm 50 توسط محلول آبی آمینوپروپیل‌تری‌اتوکسی‌سیلان سیلانکاری‌شده و در زمانهای مختلف در دمای C°100 حرارت‌دهی شد. تراشه‌های سیلانه شده در نهایت با کمک روش‌های میکروسکوپ نیروی اتمی، حسگر تشدید‌پلاسمون‌سطحی و اندازه گیری زاویه تماس آب آنالیز شدند. تراشه‌های حاصل خواص نوری مناسبی جهت استفاده در حسگر تشدید‌پلاسمون‌سطحی داشتند. با افزایش مدت حرارت‌دهی زبری سطح افزایش یافته، پاسخ تشدید‌پلاسمون‌سطحی تراشه تا حدی کاهش یافت. از سوی دیگر با افزایش مدت حرارت‌دهی تراشه نقره سیلانکاری شده، پایداری شیمیایی تراشه در مقابل آب نمک 2 مولار افزایش یافت. از سوی دیگر حرارت‌دهی تراشه سیلانکاری‌شده موجب افزایش آمین در دسترس تراشه نقره شد.
