طراحی و ساخت الکترود نانوساختار SnO2/Ag/MoO3 به منظور استفاده در وسایل اپتوالکترونیک

چکیده

در این مقاله، سیستم چند لایه ‌ای  نانوساختار رسانای شفاف(SAM)SnO2/Ag/MoO3  طراحی و شبیه‌ سازی شده و ضخامت بهینه هر یک از لایه ‌ها به گونه‌ ای محاسبه شد که بطور همزمان تراگسیل اپتیکی بالا و مقاومت الکتریکی پایین داشته باشیم. پوشش ‌های نانوساختار SAM با استفاده از روش لایه‌ نشانی تبخیر حرارتی بر روی بستره‌ های شیشه‌ ای انباشت شدند و سپس در هوا در دمای 150 درجه سلسیوس به مدت 1 ساعت بازپخت شدند. برخی خواص الکتریکی، اپتیکی و ساختاری این سیستم چند لایه ‌ای از قبیل مقاومت الکتریکی سطحی، تراگسیل اپتیکی، بازتاب و ناهمواری‌ های سطحی اندازه‌ گیری شدند. سیستم چندلایه‌ ای SAM دارای مقاومت الکتریکی سطحی پایین (□/Ω) 5/12 و تراگسیل در ناحیه مرئی %90 هستند. با استفاده از تحلیل خطوط پراش پرتوهای X، اندازه نانوبلورک‌ های SnO2 و Ag به ترتیب (1) 27 و (5) 19 نانومتر تخمین زده شد. مقاومت الکتریکی پایین و تراگسیل بالا استفاده از این لایه‌ ها را به عنوان الکترود رسانای شفاف در کاربردهای اپتوالکترونیک مقدور می ‌سازد. نتایج نشان می‌ دهد که سلول‌ های فتوولتاییک ساخته شده بر روی سیستم چند لایه ‌ای SAM بازده تبدیل توان بالاتری نسبت به سلول‌ های ساخته شده بر روی لایه‌ های تجاری مرسوم ITO از خود نشان می ‌دهند.
